A pioneer of farm-over-factory dining, Charlie Palmer's culinary journey began in his family's upstate New York vegetable garden. His legendary Aureole earned 13 Michelin Stars and two James Beard Awards during its 30-plus-year run. Our menus shine with uncomplicated excellence. Expect outstanding Neapolitan-style pizzas, fresh seafood, housemade pastas, and generous entreés perfect for sharing. Each dish reflects Chef Palmer's farm-to-table philosophy, bringing regional American ingredients together with Italian warmth to create a true New York dining experience that invites warm, shared experiences.
Lobby Bar + Lounge
An intimate escape, the AperiBar bar and lounge is the perfect spot for signature cocktails and a carefully curated selection of wine and beer to pair perfectly with charcuterie, oysters and crudo, pizzas and other inviting fare.
In addition to the regular happy hour (Tuesday - Saturday, 4 - 6pm), stop in for late-night happy hour (Thursday - Saturday, 9 - 11pm) and complement your nightcap with a signature gelato.
