We had booked a stay to see the Warriors game for me and my two brothers. We thought we booked two rooms but when we checked our paperwork we had only booked one. Alba at the front desk was able to make a second room happen when we were checking in and made sure we got a great rate as well. This hotel is perfect for any sporting event or concerts in the city I highly recommend.

The staff was pleasant. The hotel was beautiful and so clean. They have a delicious cafe Thyme and for dinner a super elite restaurant/bar on their rooftop. LUMA has everything in the property..it feels like a private resort

This is a beautiful hotel. Rooms are super clean, and comfy. Staff is totally welcoming and very helpful. Didn't get a chance to try to the food at the rooftop bar, but the cocktails we tried were tasty, and the view from up there was incredible. It's walking distance to both Oracle Park and Chase Center, so it's the perfect place to stay if you're coming for a game

Full length LED mirror, need I say more?!  Great TV that will cast your phone easily. USB outlets everywhere.  Great lighting throughout the room.  Sensored lighting for auto on/off. Blackout (true) shades. Non carpet flooring, felt cleaner.  Steamer instead of old school iron. Refrigerator. Robot will bring up anything you need in minutes.  Wish they had better pillows but they were standard hotel pillows
