When is proof of vaccination required on property?

In accordance with State and City-mandated restrictions, guests 12 and older are required to show proof of vaccination and photo id when attending an event on property, dining in a hotel restaurant, or utilizing the hotel gym.

Are face coverings and social distancing required?

In alignment with state and county guidelines, guests are required to wear face masks in all indoor settings — regardless of vaccination status. Guests that are fully vaccinated are not required to wear face masks or practice social distancing in outdoor settings.

Guests that are not fully vaccinated are required to wear face masks and maintain six feet of physical distance in public areas and when interacting with LUMA team and other guests.

Are all amenities and services available?

Due to COVID-19, some of our amenities, services, and facilities may be modified or temporarily closed. Please contact the hotel for current status and more information.

Is housekeeping service available?

At this time, daily housekeeping service is not currently provided due to COVID-19. If you would like daily service, you may request and we will be happy to clean your room. In compliance with safety guidelines, we ask that LUMA guests not be present in the room during service.

We are also happy to remove trash, provide additional amenities or bath linens upon request.
