How to Book
Hotel stays are only be for those who are not local to the Bay Area. Please plan to check-in on Monday, December 4 and check-out on Wednesday, December 6. If you have VP+ approval to extend your trip in San Francisco beyond these dates, the discounted hotel rate is available from December 3 through December 8, 2023.

Reserve by clicking the “Reserve Now” button on this page. Please note: You will be asked to input payment information to book your hotel reservation. However, you will not be charged and all Room and Tax will be billed to our master account. 

The deadline to book your hotel stay is Friday, October 27.
