#1 Hotel in NYC

Wonderful experience. The quietest hotel that I’ve ever stayed. Staff was helpful and catered to our needs. Room on 27th floor had a great view of the city and elevators get you to and fro very quickly. Room was clean and towels large and fluffy. Location near Bryant Park Market, Times Square and subways M/R/F/1/2/3 were about 1 block away. Espresso machine in the room was a surprise. Will definitely return.

We were warmly greeted when we arrived and the staff was wonderful during our stay. The room was very clean and offered amenities such as a sound machine, coffee, and complementary bottled water. Fantastic location close to Bryant Park, Broadway, Time Square, and the train station

This property will suit your needs if you want to be in the middle of Manhattan. You’re literally one block from Times Square and a few yards from Bryant park. The staff were incredible. They accommodated us with storing our luggage since we arrived so early. They also shared tips on how to navigate around the area’s subway. We didn’t dine at their restaurant, but it appeared to be really nice and cozy. Housekeeping even surprised us with turndown service on our arrival night. We enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to return.

Good: Close proximity to Times Square and walking distance to many other attractions. The rooms were large and quiet. The extra touches like a magnifying mirror, iron and ironing board and Dyson hairdryer definitely added to our experience. The hotel definitely considers the practical things.

Bad: I have nothing to say here it was wonderful.

My husband and I came to the city to attend the Knicks game at MSG and stayed one night. The front desk staff and doormen are very friendly and welcoming. The hotel itself is very clean, they have a bar/restaurant which we did not go to but heard great things about both. Our room was on the 4th floor, it did not have best view but the room was very nice and had everything we needed. The walk from grand central to the hotel and from the hotel to MSG wasn't that far. Short walk to a lot of great things! Overall we had a great experience and will definitely stay again in the future.
