My hotel room was beautiful, modern, and offered a stunning view of the city. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the room was spotless. I felt completely at ease, with everything I needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The location is perfect for exploring San Francisco, with just a short walk to the ballpark and the piers. The staff provided outstanding customer service and consistently went above and beyond to make my stay memorable.

One of the highlights of my stay was the room delivery robots—they added a fun and unique touch to the overall experience! The rooftop restaurant, Cavana, was absolutely incredible, serving delicious food alongside breathtaking views. Another great perk of the hotel is the onsite coffee bar on the first floor, where you can grab a delicious cappuccino to start your day.

I highly recommend Luma Hotel to anyone visiting San Francisco, whether for business or leisure. I would definitely stay here again!

This hotel provides for everything in a professional, respectful & fun curated way. Be prepared to enjoy every aspect from greetings from the parking, checkin & elevator attendants to your elevated room. I say curated cause thats what this place is. Auto bathroom night light, motorized window curtains to fantastic ice and everything else in-berween is carefully thought out for a wonderful, restful stay! The price per night was worth it. In my 67 years, nothing compares to my experience and perfect night sleep. Oh yeah, we went to the Giants game but I'm not sure which was the highlight, giants winning or this beautiful hotel Luma. Treat yourself, you'll love it

I stayed at Luma for a few nights with some co-workers for a business trip. I must say, I’ve stayed at A LOT of hotels through out the USA over the last couple of years, LUMA has by far been one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had.

Not just because the rooms were super tidy (I love the non carpet rubber floors), or the incredibly comfy beds/pillows (some of the best sleeps while travelling) but for the hospitality the hosts and management showed my team and myself. Special shout out to Darlene as she just went and above and beyond to make our stay memorable.

I can’t wait to go back again one day!

We have stayed at several different hotels in San Francisco, and LUMA is consistently the best. We keep coming back all the time because the property never disappoints. It is incredibly clean and modern, featuring massive windows that offer fantastic views of a beautifully developed new neighborhood.

I want to especially call out the receptionist, Ricky. He is exceptionally considerate, genuine, and works with an earnest dedication that truly stands out. Ricky consistently thinks from our perspective, showing immense patience and a deep knowledge of the property and the area. You can instantly tell that he is proud of the hotel and genuinely proud to work there. It is the beautiful property combined with this level of standout service from people like Ricky that makes LUMA our go-to choice in the city
