Fantastic stay for Thanksgiving!

The staff at Luma Times Square is EXCEPTIONAL! Everyone was so accommodating. The front desk, doormen, housekeepers, etc., worked above and beyond our expectations. We even received turn-down service in the evening! The hotel room was well appointed and actually spacious for 2 adults and one child. The hotel’s location is prime being that it’s one block from Times Square and a few yards from Bryant Park. We will definitely return.

Great experience!

LUMA Hotel Times Square far exceeded my expectations! We got the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade package and we were steps away from the parade route, plus they provided a breakfast box for the parade! Between the beautiful room, the robot butler, the excellent valet service, the bar in the hotel, and the view out of our room of the Times Square New Year’s Eve ball, we were so impressed with everything about the hotel! Highly recommend, you won’t regret it!

Hidden family friendly gem in Times Square

This is a perfect place to stay for the week of Thanksgiving, or anytime you want a quiet escape right in the heart of Times Square. While the room was small (that's NYC), it was impressively quiet which made for great night's rest after long days of sight seeing and stimulation overload. We also appreciated the good ventilation in the bathroom (pleasant surprise for a hotel) and great shower. The entire staff is wonderful-from the helpful front desk to speedy housekeeping to personable restaurant servers. We loved the breakfast bags to go for the parade (even though it rained/bummer!) and the Thanksgiving dinner was excellent. We enjoyed the restaurant so much we decided to eat there again the next evening. We would absolutely stay here again.

Great staff!

Excellent convenient location and the staff are SO accommodating! Everyone was friendly and helpful- they made the stay so nice! Stayed here during thanksgiving and is a good location for the Macys parade. The hotel itself is clean and well kept- would stay here again for sure.

Loved this hotel

A great hotel to spend Thanksgiving week! I spent a long time researching what hotel to book, since I was bringing my family (2 adults, 2 kids- age 8 and 10) and we were staying for 6 nights. No regrets in choosing Luma. We chose the two king bed park plaza room. The staff was welcoming and accommodating. They have a robot, Alina, that my kids absolutely adored.... Location is perfect! There is a subway station a block or so away that will get you where you need to go. 5 minute walk to Broadway shows, across the street from Bryant Park (ice skating!), 12 min walk to Rockefeller center. Can’t see the Macys Thanksgiving parade from our room, but you go out their door and turn right and 6th avenue is half a block down. They held our luggage for us before check in so we could explore the area and held our luggage for us after check out since we had a late flight.
The AperiBar restaurant is also wonderful! They accommodated us on our first night when our kiddos just wanted pepperoni pizza which isn’t on the menu (they used salami). Loved it and can’t wait to go back
