This package requires a 3-night minimum stay. Street access is always at the discretion of the NYPD. The view of the ball-drop from your guest room is a rear view that does not include a view of Times Square.

All New Year's Eve reservations are cancellable until November 30, 2026, to avoid a 100% room and tax penalty. A non-refundable deposit of 100% room and tax will be processed on December 1, 2026.
