Best stay I’ve ever had in New York. The staff are friendly, helpful, cheerful and professional and the rooms are spacious with ample storage, super comfortable beds and great showers. Perfect hotel for families in New York

Perfect location around the corner of Times Square and Bryant Park. Rooms were big, quiet, clean and very well equipped. We stayed in room with two Kingsize beds as a family of four and it was big enough and very comfortable. Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. A slice of heaven in great location

For business/personal trip, I spent 6 nights @ Luma. Rooms are modern and clean (large by NY standards), friendly staff who greeted me each day by first name, delicious restaurant that’s nice for meetings with clients. Eggs Benedict was superb! I felt like I was living in a luxury doorman apartment - I was so at home I did not want to leave.

Amazing service, Amazing Stay!!

At the last minute I had to go to NYC on business…was greeted by Michael Colon at curbside. Mr Colon started out my experience at LUMA Hotel on a fantastic note!! The service is amazing….Was able to get a lot of work done in the room and had a 1 block walk to my morning appointment! I will be staying at LUMA again when I am in Manhattan.

My favorite NYC hotel!

I have stayed at the Luma Hotel Time Square for business and now whenever I visit NY, this is the ONLY place I will stay. The hotel staff are the most friendly and helpful - and always kind and caring about the needs of the guest. The rooms are designed so thoughtfully and tastefully! LOVE the available goodies (extra cost) - nice touch! Will be back!
