Nope! We are proud to include high speed wi-fi, state of the art fitness options, business facilities and much more in the cost of your room. 

Please ensure that you have read and understand the rate and cancellation policies for your itinerary, and you agree to the hotel's deposit and cancellation policies. You must provide a valid photo ID and credit card at check in. Cash is not accepted as a form of payment. All guests staying in the room must be registered with the front desk. Our hotel is a 100% non-smoking hotel.

Transportation

We do not offer free shuttle service from the airport.

Yes, we offer valet parking for hotel guests.

  • On most days, valet parking is $80/night + tax.
  • On Giants and Warriors home game days, and when there are special events happening at Oracle Park or Chase Center (indoor events only, not Thrive City events), valet parking is $100/night + tax.
  • Oversized vehicles are subject to an additional fee of $10/night.
  • If space allows, parking for day visitors is available at $25 for the first hour and $10 for each additional half-hour.

 

Yes, electric vehicle charging is available for $40 per charge to full for battery less than 100 kWh, in addition to the valet parking fees detailed above. Please allow overnight for a full charge.  

From San Francisco International Airport:

  • From US-101 N, follow signs to San Francisco.
  • Take exit 430A to merge onto 1-280 N for 3.8 miles.
  • Follow exit sign for King St.
  • Continue onto King St. and turn right onto 3rd St.
  • Turn right onto Channel St. Destination will be on the right.

From Oakland International Airport (OAK):

  • (THIS ROUTE HAS TOLLS, $6 per vehicle) From I-880 N: follow signs to San Francisco and merge onto I-80W
  • Continue on I-80 for 16.5 miles, crossing the San Francisco / Oakland Bay Bridge and take exit 2B for Harrison St. toward Embarcadero.
  • Turn right onto Harrison St.
  • Turn right onto Main St.
  • Turn left onto Bryant St.
  • Turn right onto The Embarcadero. Continue onto King St, turn left onto 3rd St.
  • Turn right onto Channel St. Destination will be on the right.

From the North Bay:

  • (This route has tolls. $8.60 per vehicle) Follow US-101 S towards San Francisco for 6.6 miles across the Golden Gate Bridge. Take the exit for Broadway/Embarcadero.
  • Turn left onto Broadway and continue for 1 mile.
  • Turn right onto the Embarcadero.
  • Turn right onto King St.
  • Turn left onto 3rd St.
  • Turn left on Channel St. Destination will be on the right.

From the South Bay:

  • Follow US-101 N towards San Francisco for 34 miles.
  • Take exit 430A to merge onto I-280 N for 2.7 miles
  • Take exit56 toward Mariposa St.
  • Turn right onto Mariposa St.
  • Turn left onto 3rd St.
  • Turn left onto Channel St. Destination will be on the right.

From the East Bay:

  • (This route has tolls. $6 per vehicle.) From I-580 W, continue for 1.6 miles and take exit 19A to merge toward San Francisco, keeping right to merge onto I-80 W towards the San Francisco / Oakland Bay Bridge.
  • Take exit 2B for Harrison St toward Embarcadero. 
  • Turn right onto Harrison St. 
  • Turn right onto Main St.
  • Turn left onto Bryant St. 
  • Turn right onto The Embarcadero.
  • Continue onto King St.
  • Turn left onto 3rd.
  • Turn right onto Channel St. Destination will be on the right.

From City Center/Union Square:

  • From Post St, turn right onto Stockton St. Continue down Stockton St and cross Market St onto 4th St for half a mile.
  • Turn left onto King St.
  • Turn right onto 3rd St.
  • Turn right onto Channel St. Destination will be on the right.

Reservations

You may contact us with inquiries regarding your reservation. However, we may not be able to adjust reservations made through other parties. For this reason, we recommend all reservations be made by booking directly on our website.

Reservations must be cancelled 24 hours prior to arrival to avoid a 1 night room and tax penalty.
