Everything about this hotel was excellent. The location was near to everything we required (one of the reasons we booked here). The rooms were large and clean, the beds were comfy, the bathroom was spotless. The bar was snug but friendly. The main and best thing about the hotel was the Staff. Doormen, Greeters, Desk Staff, Barmen/women, Housekeeping, security, all of them were friendly, helpful and just outright welcoming. If you’re planning a holiday location LUMA is amazing. It’s steps from the Bryant Park Christmas market an an easy walk to Times Square, theatres, Hells Kitchen and Rockefeller. Easy to subway to everywhere. We had a huge room with a couch (which was amazing and would highly recommend). The staff were friendly and the daily cleaning was great. The bed was very comfortable.
