Begin with your choice of pork and duck terrine with fig, red wine, and sea salt, or rustic Tuscan testaroli with a seafood velouté and red shrimp. For the main course, select either roasted turkey with pumpkin, crisp potato gnocchi, fennel sausage, and spinach, or artichoke rotolo filled with ricotta and spinach in a rich marinara sauce. Finish the evening on a sweet note with a fig tart layered with Greek yogurt, sweet mascarpone mousse, honey, and pistachio. A fall-themed amenity welcomes you to make the celebration even more special.
