Thoroughly enjoyed my trip to NYC and Luma hotel. Staff were so friendly, rooms clean and restaurant delicious. Spent 4 days for a long weekend and loved every second. Perfectly located and close to trains and Bryant park. Try the Aperibar pizza!

We spend 7 nights in Luma hotel. The hotel is well placed near Times Square and Bryan Park. Close to the metro station.
The service was really good - special thanks to Russel and the team. Breakfast included is the good deal to start the day full of energy. Don't hesitate to book the Luma Hotel. It's a prefect place to stay if you visite New York.

The rooms were nice and beds very comfortable. The staff was great! Very friendly and quick to respond. We had dinner one night at the restaurant in the hotel. The food was very good. The bar was also nice and the drinks were good. Overall, a very pleasant stay at Luma.

The hotel is in a great location with attractions and metro and bus stations nearby. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The service was impeccable. The room and bathroom were modern, very clean and spacious. I would definitely stay here again.

Miguel helped me in the lobby a number of times, and he never made my requests feel like a burden. He was fantastic, like all the other staff. I will certainly be coming back. Highly recommend!
