How do I view my reservation?

Do you allow smoking on property? In the rooms?

  • No, we are a smoke-free facility.

How much do you charge for Wi-Fi access?

  • Wi-Fi internet access is complimentary for guests.

Do you have a fitness center? What kind of equipment does it have? What are the hours?

  • We do not have an on-site fitness center, but you may inquire about our fitness and wellness program which includes passes to Blink Fitness.

Do you offer room service? What are the hours?

  • Yes, we offer room service from our on-site restaurant. Room service is available from 6:30am to 2 am.

Do you have a business center?

  • We do not have an onsite business center. However, our concierge will be happy to assist you with necessary business arrangements.

Do you have a pool?

  • We do not have an onsite pool.

Do you have a spa?

  • We do not have an onsite spa.

Can I store my bag?

  • Yes day of arrival or day of departure.

Can I send a package to the hotel?

  • Yes. However, any large items must be discussed with staff prior to shipment due to a lack of storage space fees may apply.

Do you have parking available?

  • Yes, we offer valet parking and also self parking rates at a newar by garage.

  • From LaGuardia Airport:
    • Head northwest 69 ft

Will your rooms allow rollaway beds and/or cribs? Is there an extra charge?

  • We do not offer rollaway beds. However, cribs will be provided upon request at no charge.

I booked on a website other than the hotel website and I need to make a change to my reservation. How do I do this?

  • You may contact us for inquiries regarding your reservation. However, we may not be able to adjust reservations made through other parties. For this reason, we recommend all reservations be made by booking direct on our website.

What is the minimum age requirement to check in to the room?

  • You must be 18 years old to check in to a room.

What is your cancellation/deposit policy?

  • Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to arrival and no later than 3PM EST.

Is my ID/passport required at check in?

  • Yes, ID is required at check in.

Do you have adjoining rooms?

  • No, we do not offer adjoining rooms.

Do you have ADA rooms?

  • Yes, we have ADA accessible rooms available.

Do you have an early departure fee?

  • Yes, you will be charged 100% if your reservation has not been amended prior to check in

Do you have smoking rooms available?

  • No, we are a smoke-free facility.

ACCOUNTING:

I have questions about my bill. Who do I call?

  • Please call the hotel and ask for the Accounting Department.

What forms of payment are accepted to pay for my room?

  • All major credit cards, wire transfer or company checks (must clear prior to the guest check in).

Does the hotel require a deposit for incidentals?

  • Yes, a deposit for incidentals is required upon check in. A credit card hold is required.

How do I make the incidental deposit?

  • A credit card must be presented.

When will the incidental deposit be returned to my debit or credit card?

  • Within 3-5 business days based on the specific credit card and / or bank policy.

How much money does the hotel authorize on my debit or credit card at check-in?

  • Entire stay room and tax plus $75 per day for incidentals

PETS:

Are pets allowed?

  • We do not allow pets, with exceptions for service animals.

CONCIERGE:

I want flowers, chocolates, champagne, or gifts sent to the room. How do I do this?
